DirtFan.com Privacy Policy

1. At DirtFan.com we recognize that privacy is important. This Privacy Policy applies to all of the products, services and websites offered by DirtFan.com. In addition, where more detailed information is needed to explain our privacy practices, we post supplementary privacy notices to describe how particular services process personal information.

2. Information we collect and how we use it

   2.1 We offer a number of services that do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us. In order to provide our full range of services, we may collect the following types of information:

      (A) Information you provide - When you sign up for a DirtFan.com Account, we ask you for personal information (such as your name, email address and an account password).

   (C) Ensuring the technical functioning of our network;

   (D) Protecting the rights or property of DirtFan.com or our users; and

4. Choices for personal information

   4.4 You can decline to submit personal information to any of our services, in which case DirtFan.com may not be able to provide those services to you.

   5.1 DirtFan.com only shares personal information with other companies or individuals outside of DirtFan.com in the following limited circumstances:

   5.3 We may share with third parties certain pieces of aggregated, non-personal information, such as the number of users who searched for a particular term.. Such information does not identify you individually.

6. Accessing and updating personal information

   6.1 When you use DirtFan.com services, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and either to correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by law or for legitimate business purposes. We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup tapes), or for which access is not otherwise required. In any case where we provide information access and correction, we perform this service free of charge, except if doing so would require a disproportionate effort.

7. Changes to this Privacy Policy

   7.1 Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent, and we expect most such changes will be minor. Regardless, we will post any Privacy Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, email notification of Privacy Policy changes).
